Return Window
Returns may be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused
• Be in original packaging
• Be in resellable condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Unwanted Items
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer

If an item is returned without a valid reason, or has been opened or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, a deduction of up to 20% of the purchase price may be applied to cover handling and restocking costs.

Used Items
Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used, particularly where compatibility was not confirmed before purchase.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

In such cases:

• We will arrange a replacement or refund
• Return shipping will be covered by us

Refund Processing
Once returned goods are received and inspected, refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days using the original payment method.

Warranty
Where applicable, products may include a manufacturer’s warranty of at least 12 months. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
